Service Advisor | Evening Shift

Salary: Starting at $22.55/hour

Shift Premium: $3.00/hour

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Concretely, in this position you will take care of:

• Welcome customers, identify their needs, and schedule appointments
• Open, review, and close work orders
• Follow up on repairs and communicate with customers
• Prepare purchase orders (POs)
• Manage the schedule and use the Decisiv system
• Present and sell estimates, and explain the work to be performed

Experience, training and skills that would come in handy:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Excellent customer service skills
• Basic mechanical knowledge (an asset)
• Bilingualism: fluent spoken French and English (an asset)
• Computer skills
• Effective prioritization and time management
• Tact, professionalism, and the ability to remain composed in challenging situations
• Attention to detail and consistency in following procedures and work methods
• Team spirit and a willingness to help others
