Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Specifically, in this role you will be responsible for:

• Onboarding new Parts employees;
• Providing basic training to all new Parts employees;
• Coordinating ongoing training for Parts Advisors;
• Answering phone calls;
• Serving customers and providing them with the parts they need;
• Performing parts inventory;
• Helping Shipping prepare parts for delivery.

Experience, training and skills that would be helpful:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar position;
• Excellent customer service skills;
• Basic mechanical knowledge (an asset);
• Bilingual: fluent spoken French & English;
• Expertise with the Fusion program and Microsoft (a strong asset!).
