Lead facilities analysis and technical services at CAMH’s 1001 Queen Street West location, using performance metrics, asset data, and operational planning. As Manager, Facilities Analysis and Technical Services, you will lead analysis, planning, and continuous improvement across the facilities portfolio. Your work will address maintenance programs, asset management systems, budgets, quality assurance, and contracted services. You will support informed decisions aligned with CAMH objectives and operational requirements. Key Responsibilities:
Analyze facilities performance, costs, trends, failures, and service results Develop portfolio-wide tools, standards, reporting, and quality assurance practices Improve preventive maintenance programs, schedules, standards, and work practices Oversee CAMH’s CMMS and related asset management systems Provide technical advice for facilities projects, procurement, and initiatives Requirements:
Degree or diploma in business or a technical field Minimum six years of progressive experience, including leadership experience Experience with work order systems and capital renewal planning Strong analytical, problem-solving, performance management, and quality assurance skills Knowledge of facility and building operations and maintenance Apply facilities analysis, maintenance planning, asset management, and technical leadership to support CAMH operations and decision-making.
