Lead health, safety, and environmental compliance as an HSE Supervisor across office, industrial, field, and client locations. Occasional travel may be required. This permanent full-time HSE Supervisor role supports employees, managers, and operational teams. You will strengthen proactive safety practices through policies, training, inspections, audits, and risk management. Your work will also support environmental responsibility and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain HSE policies, programs, and safe work practices Coach managers, supervisors, and employees on HSE matters Conduct workplace inspections, audits, and compliance assessments Investigate incidents, injuries, near misses, and environmental events Prepare HSE reports and track performance indicators Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in a related discipline Seven years’ HSE experience in industrial or similar environments Experience developing and delivering employee training programs Knowledge of occupational health and safety legislation Strong Microsoft Office, communication, coaching, and collaboration skills Apply your compliance, investigation, training, and risk-management expertise to strengthen HSE performance across varied workplaces.
