You will deliver therapy within a structured MBT pathway, participate in 12-week MBT groups and extended 18-month therapy programmes, and provide 1:1 assessments and safeguarding follow-up.
The role emphasises clinical leadership, mentoring junior staff and coordinating with the clinical lead and team managers.
