Key Responsibilities:
- Perform treatments and assess patient's conditions
- Monitor and document changes in patient health
- Assist with activities of daily living for patients
- Educate patients and families on care processes
- Participate in interdisciplinary reporting and care planning
Requirements:
- Certificate of Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- RPN Diploma or equivalent and current CPR certification
- Minimum one year recent medical experience required
- Excellent physical assessment skills and communication abilities
- Familiarity with blood product monitoring preferred
