As a senior Human Resources team member, you will provide practical guidance across employee relations, performance management, attendance, disability management, and workplace accommodations. You will independently manage sensitive matters while applying Manitoba employment legislation, HR policies, and established practices. Key Responsibilities:
- Advise leaders on employee relations and people-related matters
- Manage investigations, performance concerns, complaints, and terminations

Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline
- Minimum five years of progressive human resources experience
