Manage MBLL’s corporate IT product portfolio using technology strategy, product governance, and business planning. Support delivery across multiple engineering teams. As Manager, ITS Product Area – Corporate, you will lead a portfolio of corporate technology products and applications. Reporting to the Director, Product Planning and Delivery, you will align investment with organizational objectives and business needs. The position maintains lifecycle management capabilities and coordinates with platform services, compliance, security, delivery teams, vendors, legal, procurement, and finance. You will monitor product performance, define OKRs and KPIs, resolve escalated issues, and oversee quality and customer feedback. Key Responsibilities:
Align product strategy and technology direction with enterprise priorities Develop roadmaps and prioritize enhancements using feedback and business impact Document requirements and monitor delivery against commitments Define objectives, key results, and performance indicators Present budgets, reports, analyses, and business cases to leadership Requirements:
Degree in information technology, computer science, business, or equivalent Nine years’ experience in IT, project management, or operations Three years’ supervisory or leadership experience Strong project analytics assessing costs, risks, and benefits Experience with product-based IT delivery and Agile practices Use portfolio governance, product analytics, Agile delivery, and business planning to advance MBLL corporate technology products.
