The Security team at our Calgary location is seeking dedicated individuals for a full-time position. Your responsibilities will include monitoring the facility, engaging with various community members, and responding calmly to high-pressure situations. Key Responsibilities:
- Champion a respectful, safe environment for all
- Employ non-violent crisis intervention techniques effectively
- Serve as an approachable resource for clients and community members
- Monitor facility through proactive observation and surveillance
- Collaborate with emergency responders for safety
Requirements:
- Valid Alberta Security License is mandatory
- Basic First Aid and CPR/AED Level C certification
- Experience in high-stress or emergency situations
- Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- Ability to pass a Vulnerable Sector Check
