Support commercial insurance accounts remotely with strong organization, time management, and policy-processing skills. This Associate Account Manager role assists the Business Development Manager.
As an Associate Account Manager in Commercial Lines, you will support the Business Development Manager with daily account administration. The work includes checking policy accuracy, processing transactions, preparing proposals, and issuing invoices. You will also maintain electronic files using systems such as Applied EPIC or Policy Works.
Key Responsibilities:
- Check policy and endorsement accuracy
- Process new, renewal, cancellation, and endorsement requests
- Prepare new and renewal proposals
- Issue invoices according to company standards
- Review and prioritize assigned daily tasks
Requirements:
- Level I General Insurance License required
- Proficiency in Excel and Outlook
- Experience with a Broker Management System
- Knowledge of Applied EPIC, Policy Works, or Indio
- Insurance industry experience is an asset
