As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will identify customers, develop relationships, and lead sales efforts for CAE Aftermarket Services. You will analyze markets, recommend appropriate offerings, and collaborate with Growth Leaders, Sales Account Leaders, and cross-functional teams. The work supports regional revenue growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential APAC Aftermarket Services customers
- Develop relationships and advance sales opportunities through follow-ups
- Lead presentations, campaigns, negotiations, and opportunity closures
- Analyze customer, industry, and competitive intelligence
- Maintain Salesforce data and support forecasting activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Eight to ten years' technical sales or related experience
- Strong stakeholder influence and business acumen
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Salesforce, aviation, aerospace, or global experience preferred
