As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will grow CAE's Aftermarket Services business across APAC. You will identify opportunities, develop customer relationships, and lead sales efforts supporting revenue growth and profitability. The work combines market analysis, customer-focused solution development, and collaboration with Growth Leaders, Sales Account Leaders, and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential Aftermarket Services customers
- Build customer relationships across the APAC region
- Lead presentations and communicate tailored value propositions
- Analyze industry, customer, and competitive intelligence
- Maintain opportunity data and support sales forecasting
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 8 to 10 years in technical sales or business development
- Ability to influence stakeholders across organizational levels
- Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience in aviation, aerospace, technology, or Salesforce preferred
