The Bids and Proposals Manager leads Proposal Capture Teams for Defense and Security CAE Canada. You will review RFIs and RFPs, define bid strategies, and coordinate Business Development, Pricing, Engineering, and Program Management. The work supports proposals leveraging CAE core technologies and off-the-shelf products. Key Responsibilities:
Lead proposal teams toward competitive, timely, budgeted submissions Establish schedules, milestones, deliverables, and responsibilities Review customer requirements and identify proposal differentiators Develop Price to Win and Design to Cost strategies Present proposals and business cases to senior management Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience Eight to ten years of relevant high-technology experience Government proposal writing and Salesforce experience Excellent communication, presentation, organization, and business skills Eligibility for Canadian Security and Controlled Goods clearances Apply defense proposal leadership, customer focus, and cost strategy to CAE Canada’s security business pursuits.
