Lead Safety and Quality intelligence at CAE from Montreal or a relevant European location, using analytics and data governance to strengthen decisions. This senior manager will establish CAE’s Safety and Quality Intelligence capability across Operations and Civil and Defense and Security. The work includes standardizing analytics, defining enterprise metrics, and building foundational processes for governance. You will engage executives while developing reporting, risk intelligence, and platform requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consolidate and standardize Safety and Quality analytics across CAE
- Govern data frameworks, metrics, KPIs, taxonomies, and reporting standards
- Develop executive dashboards and performance insights for governance
- Define predictive analytics, automation, and artificial intelligence requirements
- Lead analytics and intelligence professionals
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in analytics, engineering, quality, safety, or related field
- At least eight years in analytics, governance, quality, safety, or compliance
- Experience leading initiatives across multiple business units or operational environments
- Experience establishing KPI frameworks, metrics, taxonomies, and dashboards
- Strong data governance, communication, and stakeholder influence capabilities
