- Analyze HR processes and recommend efficiency improvements
- Configure, test, and deploy new HR system functionality
- Support multiple HR functions and workflow enhancements

Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources or IT-related field
- 3–5 years experience with SaaS HR systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English and French
