Turn fragmented Safety and Quality data into actionable intelligence at CAE, working from Montreal or a relevant European location. As Senior Manager, you will lead analytics and intelligence across Operations and CAE’s Civil and Defense and Security businesses. Your mandate connects data quality, reporting standards, risk insights, and operational performance. You will partner with governance, Digital, IT, and business leaders to align technology solutions with objectives. Key Responsibilities:
Establish enterprise-wide metrics, KPIs, taxonomies, and reporting standards Build executive dashboards, risk intelligence, and performance insights Develop the Global Safety and Quality Intelligence Platform Partner with Digital, IT, and governance teams on solutions Collaborate across Global Safety, Operations, Manufacturing, and business units Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in data, business, engineering, quality, or related discipline Minimum eight years of relevant analytics, intelligence, safety, or quality experience Experience leading reporting or intelligence initiatives across business units Experience standardizing analytics across systems, regions, or organizations Executive-level communication and presentation skills Bring enterprise analytics, risk intelligence, data governance, and platform leadership to CAE’s global Safety and Quality agenda.
