Lead research initiatives and analytics tools as Cadillac Fairview's Manager, Research & Insights, working full-time on-site in Toronto.
This 12-month contract manages performance research from problem definition through methodology, analysis, presentation, and organizational insight adoption. You will maintain proprietary models, support legal compliance, and coordinate planned and custom research. The work spans retail and office analysis, dashboards, reporting, data quality, and stakeholder training across Cadillac Fairview.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage planned performance research and ad hoc custom studies
- Design and maintain self-service dashboards, reports, and analytics tools
- Analyze sales trends and category mix for stakeholder decisions
- Train teams on insights tools and report interpretation
- Maintain tool roadmaps, data quality, and research materials
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education or equivalent related work experience
- Minimum five years' progressive research or project management experience
- Knowledge of Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, and Google Gemini
- Experience with LLMs for analysis, code generation, and automation
- Supplier negotiation, budget management, and Microsoft Office expertise
