As a Client Services Officer in the Digital Client Services Department, you will support the OLIS platform and related data tools. You will serve as a primary client contact, manage requests end-to-end, and coordinate stakeholders when needed. The work supports consistent client use of digital solutions across CACEIS entities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle client questions through shared mailboxes, email, and telephone
- Review, assess, and prioritize incoming requests methodically
- Document cases, actions, decisions, and follow-up requirements in CRM
- Support onboarding and changes for digital and data tools
- Demonstrate OLIS and other digital tools to clients
Requirements:
- Strong client orientation and professional communication skills
- Ability to explain complex topics clearly and calmly
- Experience handling client queries professionally, ideally in B2B financial services
- Strong English communication skills; French or another language advantageous
- Digital skills with CRM, client portals, Excel, and basic automation
