As a Senior Onboarding Specialist, you will coordinate employers joining the CAAT Pension Plan. The work includes internal approvals, governance documents, needs analyses, and responsive support. You will help navigate complex scenarios while improving onboarding procedures and employer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate small-employer onboarding using established procedures and timelines
- Serve as primary contact for employers and stakeholders
- Complete governance documents and onboarding requirements
- Conduct due diligence, including credit checks and member-information reviews
- Identify process improvements and support front-line inquiries
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education or equivalent education, training, and experience
- Two to five years in customer service, pensions, or financial services
- Knowledge of pensions and employer support practices
- Strong organization, coordination, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency; French bilingualism considered an asset
