As a Senior Onboarding Specialist, you will support employers joining the CAAT Pension Plan. The work combines coordination, due diligence, internal approvals, and responsive communications. You will help navigate complex scenarios while contributing to a streamlined process and positive employer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate employer onboarding documentation and internal approvals
- Complete due diligence for employers joining the plan
- Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders

- Support timely, accurate employer service throughout onboarding
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education or equivalent education, training, and experience
- Two to five years in customer service, pensions, or financial services
- Knowledge of pensions and employer support applications
- Strong coordination, organization, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency; French bilingualism considered an asset
