Key Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient, knowledgeable customer service in person and over the phone
- Process policy changes directly into the insurance system
- Achieve sales goals through quality department standards
- Contribute to team meetings and special projects with insights
- Collaborate closely with Supervisors on various initiatives
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in insurance sales
- Valid OTL/RIBO license required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Post-secondary education in a relevant field
- Progress towards CIP designation is a plus
