You will provide travel services, maintain accurate client files, and build reliable follow-up practices. Training is provided for candidates without previous experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional worldwide travel services to Members
- Serve non-Members with travel planning assistance
- Keep client records and files consistently updated
- Maintain organized client information and documentation
- Provide regular follow-up with clients
Requirements:
- Two to three years of customer service and sales experience
- TICO certification completed, underway, or willingness to complete
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Availability for stated call centre operating hours
