Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and negotiate claims with complexity
- Oversee external adjusters on claims handling
- Maintain control over claims expenses and reserving
- Participate in mediations and litigation for claims
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and partners
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of casualty claims handling experience
- Post-secondary education or equivalent
- Working towards a CIP designation is an asset
- Strong decision-making and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communicative abilities
