Job Title: Medical Office Assistant
Schedule: Part-time, Mondays, 8am to 4pm (with the possibility of adding more days depending on operational needs)
Location: Ingersoll, ON
We're currently looking for a part-time Medical Office Assistant for our client, a clinic located in Ingersoll, Ontario.
Scope and Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients, and ensure a welcoming environment
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments and process cancellations
- Maintain and update electronic medical records (EMR)
- Provide good customer service while answering phone and in-person inquiries
- Assist with the overall maintenance of the office as needed
Who We Are Looking For
- Diploma or Certificate in Medical Office Administration
- Proficiency in EMR systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior MOA experience in a similar setting is an asset
