Manage insurance programs, claims, and risk transfer for C.A.T. North America’s transportation network from Vaudreuil-Dorion, Quebec. As Director, Enterprise Risk Management and Insurance, you will oversee insurance procurement, renewals, claims, budgets, and coverage. The role partners with Operations, Safety, Finance, and Legal while supporting business activities throughout Canada, the United States, and Mexico. It reports to the Vice President, Legal Affairs. Support insurance procurement and program renewals Oversee claims management and loss prevention Manage budgets and liability, property, and equipment coverage Negotiate contracts and optimize risk transfer strategies Implement claims tracking and loss forecasting processes Requirements:
Relevant university degree Ten or more years in risk management and compliance Strong knowledge of insurance structures Experience with qualitative and quantitative risk assessment Strong negotiation and communication skills Apply insurance governance, claims management, and risk transfer expertise across C.A.T. North America’s trucking operations.
