Strengthen BWXT Cambridge’s Quality Assurance Program through regulatory compliance, audit leadership, and disciplined control of quality documentation. As Quality Program Manager, you oversee Quality Engineering, Document Control, and Quality Records for BWXT Canada’s Cambridge facility. Reporting to the Director of Quality Assurance and Quality Control, you ensure processes meet regulatory, customer, and internal requirements. The position supports manufacturing and project execution through quality planning, regulatory interpretation, issue analysis, and continuous improvement. You also coordinate audits, certifications, inspections, and corrective action follow-up. Key Responsibilities:
Ensure Quality Assurance Program effectiveness and compliance Oversee document issuance, revisions, retention, traceability, and turnover Support ASME, TSSA, CSA, and ISO certifications Coordinate Source Inspection requests and supplier quality activities Lead Corrective Action Board reviews and NCR closure Requirements:
Engineering, Technology, or Quality diploma or degree Ten years of experience in quality roles Knowledge of ASME Codes, CSA N299, and ISO standards Experience completing complex quality tasks within established processes Excellent judgment, detail orientation, and written communication Apply quality assurance leadership and compliance expertise to controlled documentation, audits, certifications, and project execution at BWXT.
