This Journeyman HVAC Technician role requires a valid Journeyman Certificate, with Red Seal considered an asset. You will maintain, repair, replace, and troubleshoot residential and commercial HVAC equipment. The work includes furnaces, exhaust fans, MUA, rooftop units, refrigeration, heat pumps, boilers, and HVAC controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and service furnaces and refrigeration units
- Repair or replace furnaces as required
- Install new capital refrigeration systems
- Troubleshoot and adjust HVAC control systems
- Maintain inspection records and required paperwork
Requirements:
- Valid Journeyman HVAC Technician Certificate
- Three to five years residential or commercial experience
- Experience servicing and troubleshooting heat pumps
- Ability to work on units above five tons
- Valid driver's license and vehicle required
