As a full-time Controller in our Cloud-Based Accounting Practice, you will oversee accurate accounting service delivery to varied clients. This role necessitates collaboration with clients, teams, and CFOs to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. Your leadership will guide a small team, ensuring they thrive in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted financial advisor to multiple clients
- Review financial statements for accuracy and compliance
- Manage month-end and year-end close processes
- Participate in budgeting and forecasting sessions
- Mentor and support accounting professionals
Requirements:
- CPA or CPA candidate
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Experience in a controller-level role
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles
- Strong problem-solving and client service skills
