Develop and grow commercial and mid-market client portfolios Source and close new local business opportunities Build relationships with owners, shareholders, and executives Analyze statements, assess credit risk, and recommend financing structures Deliver solutions supporting growth, acquisitions, and succession planning Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, or related field Commercial banking experience with businesses exceeding $10 million revenue Experience serving upper commercial or mid-market clients Financial analysis, credit assessment, and risk evaluation experience Commercial lending structuring and business development experience Bring commercial credit, relationship management, and business development expertise to BDC’s mid-market financing clients and Canadian entrepreneurs.
