Lead strategic procurement at BDC through complex sourcing, supplier negotiation, and contract management across corporate sectors. Work with multidisciplinary teams and internal clients. As Senior Advisor, Procurement, you will guide complex, high-risk procurement files from strategy through contract award. You will advise business units, select suppliers, negotiate agreements, and draft procurement documentation. The position also supports contract governance, continuous improvement, training, and mentoring within BDC’s procurement department. Key Responsibilities:
Lead complex strategic and high-risk procurement processes Recommend acquisition and evaluation strategies for business needs Analyze bids, negotiate terms, and recommend contract awards Draft tenders, contracts, amendments, and recommendation documents Mentor advisors and analysts while supporting quality assurance Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in administration or relevant training At least eight years of relevant procurement experience Experience leading complex procurement files Expertise in supplier selection, negotiation, and contract drafting Bilingual communication skills in both official languages Bring strategic procurement, negotiation, contract governance, and advisory expertise to BDC’s corporate sourcing and supplier relationships.
