Lead product impact at BDC’s AI-native incubator, using business cases, product strategy, and artificial intelligence expertise in a hybrid model. As Product Manager, you will operate one to two cycles ahead while remaining accountable for outcomes. You will own the product vision, roadmap, business case, impact model, costs, and ROI. The autonomous team holds Product Owner responsibilities, while you steer priorities and execution. Your work supports practical solutions for Canadian entrepreneurs and BDC’s priorities. Key Responsibilities:
Act as the voice of the business Build and update impact, cost, and ROI models Develop, own, and communicate product vision and roadmap Prioritize value across vision and BDC priorities Negotiate scope, funding, and scheduling decisions Requirements:
Product management experience or relevant education and experience In-depth composable architecture and integration knowledge Hands-on experience with agents and large language models Understanding of commercial banking and client ecosystems Excellent stakeholder management and analytical skills Bring product leadership, AI expertise, and evidence-based prioritization to BDC’s autonomous incubator team.
