Administer Canadian and US benefits, retirement, and leave programs as a temporary Total Rewards Administrator at BURNCO's Calgary corporate office. Full-time, Monday to Friday.
This temporary administrator supports day-to-day Total Rewards operations for BURNCO. The work includes benefits administration, vendor coordination, employee inquiries, and compliance requirements. You will also contribute to renewals, reporting improvements, and process efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer benefits for hires, enrollments, terminations, retirements, and life events
- Resolve vendor interface errors, warnings, data issues, and audit requirements
- Coordinate Canadian STD, LTD, US FMLA, and FAMLI programs
- Answer employee questions about benefits and retirement programs
- Support renewals, communications, reconciliations, invoices, and process projects
Requirements:
- Three to five years' Canadian benefits, savings, or Total Rewards experience
- Strong proficiency with MS Excel and spreadsheet applications
- Familiarity with legislation and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail; UKG or CEBS is an asset
