Our team is dedicated to delivering bespoke solutions to complex tax challenges, and we pride ourselves on our ability to provide clients with high quality tax and structuring advice. As well as working on corporate M&A, private equity and real estate transactions, we regularly advise on cross-border structures, financing arrangements, funds and corporate reorganisations.
What You'll Need
- Relevant experience working on high quality corporate tax matters.
- Ideally, you will have a particular interest or focus on one or more of real estate tax, corporate M&A tax, funds taxation or tax advice on cross-border structures; however, this is not a mandatory requirement.
- Must be an SRA or Law Society of Scotland registered lawyer.
