A vertically integrated real‑estate development and construction platform is seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to support its accounting team. This is a hands‑on role focused on loan activity, job cost accounting, and month‑end close across active development and operating entities. This position is an onsite replacement hire and offers immediate responsibility in a fast‑paced, execution‑driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare loan closing journal entries, including proceeds, fees, and escrows
- Manage loan draws, reconciliations, and supporting schedules
- Support loan compliance reporting and lender requirements
- Assist with month‑end close, including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Support job cost accounting and cost capitalization
- Partner with senior accounting leadership on reporting and ad‑hoc analyses
What We’re Looking For
