Supervisez un chantier résidentiel lourd en béton à l’Ouest de Montréal, avec une expertise en coordination et planification des travaux. Ce poste à temps plein exige une présence active sur le terrain. Notre client, entrepreneur général en construction, recherche un surintendant pour un immeuble multirésidentiel de plusieurs étages. Relevant du directeur de projet, vous coordonnerez les équipes, les sous-traitants et l’avancement des opérations. Vous contribuerez au respect des échéanciers, de la qualité et de la sécurité.
Responsabilités principales:
- Planifier les travaux selon l’échéancier maître et les priorités
- Coordonner les séquences de structure de béton
- Superviser les sous-traitants et les équipes terrain
- Contrôler la qualité et suivre les déficiences
- Maintenir la documentation quotidienne du chantier
Profil recherché:
- Expérience significative comme surintendant résidentiel
- Expérience en construction multirésidentielle en béton
- Connaissance du coffrage, de l’armature et du bétonnage
- Maîtrise de la planification à court terme
- Leadership, autonomie, rigueur et décisions rapides
