Buchanan Technologies is looking for an experienced enterprise Technical Delivery Lead/Coordinator for assignment to our clients. The ideal person will spend 99% of their time working with engineers, architects, analysts, cybersecurity staff, infrastructure teams, application teams, and vendors, ensuring work is planned, coordinated, tracked, and completed.
Key Requirements
- Strong technical background and ability to understand complex IT work.
- Able to challenge teams on estimates, dependencies, sequencing, and delivery approaches.
- Experience coordinating infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, networking, application, and operational initiatives.
- Deep understanding of Agile delivery practices and backlog management.
- Comfortable working at the task level, not just the milestone level.
- Excellent organizational skills with a relentless focus on execution.
- Able to identify blockers quickly and drive resolution.
- Capable of creating actionable work plans that engineering teams can execute against.
- Strong follow-up and accountability skills.
- Experience coordinating multiple technical workstreams simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with changing priorities.
