BTA Design Services seeks a Senior I/O Chiplet Verification Engineer in Ottawa, Canada. The role focuses on creating verification plans for chiplet blocks, subsystems, and die-to-die interfaces, turning requirements into measurable goals, and producing evidence for sign-off across high-speed datapaths and firmware controls.
You will collaborate with architecture, RTL, verification, firmware, and IP partners to verify IP, end-to-end connectivity, and protocol modes, while driving coverage.
