Build Python tooling and APIs as a Data Platform Engineer at BRP, improving platform efficiency through automation, CI/CD, and scalable operations. Working in BRP’s Data Solutions group, you will extend data platform capabilities and improve efficiency. You will develop custom applications using Python, Streamlit, FastAPI, and SQL. The work also involves evaluating solutions, optimizing performance, and promoting effective platform engineering practices. Key Responsibilities:
Develop tooling and applications for evolving platform needs Automate workflows to reduce operational overhead Apply CI/CD and sound source control practices Evaluate solutions and optimize platform performance Document technical processes for future maintenance Requirements:
Strong proficiency in Python, Streamlit, FastAPI, and SQL Significant experience with containerization and CI/CD Experience developing APIs and services Knowledge of Azure, GCP, data engineering, and Snowflake Strong communication skills in English and French Apply Python, API development, and automation expertise to strengthen BRP’s evolving data platform and operational practices.
