The Architectural Technologist manages new model development from concept through sales release. You will complete working drawings, coordinate approvals, and collaborate with operations, trades, and internal teams. The work supports existing product enhancements and new product development. Key Responsibilities:

Post-secondary diploma in Architectural Technologies or related field Five-plus years of industry experience Knowledge of building codes and government requirements Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and Revit Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities Bring architectural technology, Revit, AutoCAD, and coordination skills to Brookfield Residential’s Edmonton product development team.
