Key Responsibilities:
Develop financing strategies for renewable power transactions Prepare offering memorandums and investor presentations Manage financial model preparation across transaction teams Support acquisition due diligence and sustainable capital structures Present financing materials to management, investors, and rating agencies Requirements:
Eight or more years of relevant experience Experience in corporate or project finance Strong Excel and PowerPoint knowledge Experience creating teasers, CIMs, and managing data rooms Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities Bring capital markets expertise, investor presentation skills, and rigorous analysis to Brookfield Renewable’s growing North American financing platform.
