Brookfield Properties seeks an on-site Building Operator in Calgary to oversee daily operation, maintenance, and repair of complex HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for the Bankers Hall Complex. You will deliver exceptional tenant service while reporting to the Operations Supervisor.
You will manage preventative maintenance, participate in power shutdowns, water treatment, and safety programs, mentoring new staff and coordinating with Tenant Services.
