Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules
- Customize applications using scripts, policies, flows, and workflows
- Develop integrations through REST, SOAP, and MID Servers
- Gather requirements and prepare technical documentation
- Support platform performance, releases, incidents, and enhancements
Requirements:
- At least five years of ServiceNow development experience
- Knowledge of platform architecture, ITSM, CMDB, Catalog, and Workflow
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and scripting environments
- Proficiency in Integration Hub and data transformation
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification required
