Key Responsibilities:
- Service ongoing client needs and answer insurance inquiries
- Conduct needs assessments and recommend insurance solutions
- Sell new policies and retain existing business

Requirements:
- At least two years of customer service experience
- One year of Personal Insurance experience preferred
- Strong customer focus and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities successfully
- RIBO License and Epic exposure are assets
