Responsibilities
- Wash and manage all kitchen equipment, including grill pans
- Support kitchen prep (vegetables, sauces, making and mixing rice, portioning)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Restock and stay ahead of kitchen needs during service
- Support the team during peak hours
