Lead strategic marketing and business development at Brock University, using integrated campaigns, communications, and performance measurement to advance Ancillary Services. Reporting to the AVP, Ancillary Services, this Associate Director provides leadership across marketing, communications, digital, and partnership initiatives. The position develops measurable plans, strengthens brand awareness, improves customer engagement, and supports revenue growth. It also manages budgets, reporting, analysis, and recommendations for evidence-informed decisions. Key Responsibilities:

Undergraduate degree or equivalent education and experience Leadership experience in marketing and communications Expertise in strategic marketing, brand management, and campaign planning Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and editing skills Advanced Microsoft Office and marketing technology proficiency Bring strategic marketing, brand management, partnership, and measurement expertise to Brock University’s Ancillary Services leadership team.
