This role oversees day-to-day development management for a high-profile institutional project. You will serve as senior counterpart to the client and advisors, while coordinating development and construction teams. The position requires expertise in CCDC contracts, Development Agreements, change orders, and consultant management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own daily development management for the institutional project
- Serve as senior counterpart to client and advisors
- Administer contracts and formally document decisions and correspondence
- Manage consultants, scope, schedule, design quality, and change orders
- Track KPIs and report schedule, budget, and design progress
Requirements:
- 15–20+ years in development or construction management
- Experience with institutional, public-sector, or large corporate projects
- Track record managing document-heavy institutional clients
- Deep knowledge of CCDC contracts and Development Agreements
- English fluency required; bilingual English and French is an asset
