Summary
The Omni Stockist supports the store management team and Fendi's retail network by fulfilling product requests and driving sales across retail and digital channels.
They execute omni-channel order fulfillment processes including Ship-from-Store, Buy Online Pick-up In-Store, curbside pick-up and white glove services while partnering with selling teams and the warehouse to ensure accurate, timely deliveries and an elevated customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Review and prioritize pending orders to fulfill within 24 hours and rebalance request transfers.
- Pick, pack, prepare merchandise for shipping and deliver to the shipping department.
- Process charge sends and support consignments and virtual selling for client advisors outside the home store.
- Perform daily omni-channel tasks including curbside pick-up, SFS and BOPIS and resolve aged BOPIS orders.
- Support order fulfillment across ship-to-home, pick-up-in-store and white glove services and improve return and case resolution accuracy.
- Act as a technical resource for in-store clienteling platforms (HERO, HEAVEN, Client Compass) and host virtual appointments.
- Participate in loss prevention procedures related to omni-channel processes and attend leadership and selling team meetings.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years professional experience in retail or customer experience; luxury retail preferred.
- Associate degree or equivalent experience a plus; stock control and selling experience desirable.
- Digital literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) and POS/inventory systems.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform 50% physical labor; flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work collaboratively; foreign language skills a plus.
