Summary
The Loss Prevention Supervisor leads and supports the store security team to protect clients, employees, and company assets while contributing to an exceptional Tiffany experience. The role partners with store and security management to maintain safety, reduce loss, and ensure security operations meet company standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate security team members, maintaining protection standards and promoting security awareness and safety.
- Partner with Operations and Security Management to identify shrink reduction opportunities and optimize security schedules.
- Support emergency preparedness and incident management, serving as a point person during emergencies.
- Ensure security systems and equipment are maintained, and coordinate repairs and vulnerability evaluations.
- Coach security staff to provide professional, gracious client service and collaborate with store management on client experience initiatives.
Requirements
- Valid security license and high school diploma.
- One to two years of experience in a security-related position, preferably in a retail environment with an emphasis on customer service.
- Strong communication, computer, and interpersonal skills, with a high level of integrity.
- Ability to work retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and to respond promptly to problems.
- Authorization to work in Canada or the country where the position is based.
