Summary
The Denim Specialist, serving as a designated sales associate, builds lasting customer relationships to grow sales, service, and loyalty.
This commission-eligible role is responsible for meeting personal sales goals and targets for an assigned brand.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service and exceed personal and brand sales targets.
- Build and maintain a loyal client base through customer acquisition, follow-up, and ongoing engagement.
- Share product expertise with colleagues and maintain strong relationships with buyers, vendors, and selling managers.
- Identify brand marketing opportunities, support events, and recommend assortments.
- Attend educational sessions and support floor recovery, visual merchandising, and price changes.
- Resolve customer service issues and follow health and safety policies.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- At least two years of experience in a commission-based sales environment.
- Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets; luxury product specialist experience is preferred.
- Collaborative, entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and able to multitask with minimal supervision.
- Fluent in French and English, with availability for a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
