- Process freight, inspect deliveries, apply tags, and complete inventory scans and replenishment tasks.
- Manage ship-to-home orders, store transfers, retickets, and stockroom organization.
- Support sales floor staff with stock checks and merchandise delivery, and assist customers when needed.
- Maintain store presentation, participate in visual merchandising, and support inventory levels on the sales floor.
- Follow company policies when processing transactions and returns, and collaborate with team members.
Requirements
- Back-of-house or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
- Ability to lift or climb up to 30 pounds and move throughout the sales floor, stockroom, fitting rooms, and office.
